High Tech World, Inc offers a 30-day money-back guarantee to all shared
hosting customers. If, for any reason, a customer is dissatisfied with our
services or chooses not to continue their hosting with us during the first 30
days of service, a full refund will be issued for hosting fees paid by the customer
for those services up to the date of termination The only exceptions
are that domain registration fees, Setup fees, overusage fees for disk space and
bandwidth are nonrefundable We request that any customer taking advantage of
this guarantee fill out a survey form, so that we can improve our service for
other customers. The survey will be provided upon cancellation. Any customer who
repeatedly purchases and cancels service under this guarantee, presumably in order
to avoid paying any fees indefinitely, will be disqualified from this offer. Please
note that cancellations at any other time will receive a pro-rated refund for
pre-paid but unused time. Setup fees are non-refundable after the 30-day period
expires. The effective date of cancellation is the date on which you submit the
cancellation request to us, provided it is verifiably legitimate. |
